Custom Potting Information |

Although Dill’s has many beautiful baskets and containers ready for you to take home, we know that sometimes you have something else in mind that we may not have already planted. Or perhaps you have containers that you use each year but do not want to plant them yourself. For these occasions we offer a custom potting service. You can bring us your containers, or choose from our large selection of ready-to-plant containers and baskets. You may tell us exactly what plants you want us to use in your pots, or simply tell us whether you are planting for sun, part sun, or shade, and we can create a beautiful custom design just for you.
· We start taking orders March 15. You may bring us your empty containers then. · Orders should be turned in at least 6 to 8 weeks before you would like to have them ready for pick-up. · Cost for custom potting varies depending upon the container size, the plants you choose, and the number of plants needed. We will give you an itemized estimate at the time the order is placed. · There is a 10% holding and maintenance fee added to each custom order. This fee is to cover fertilizing, dead-heading, pruning, and watering. |
